These facing and wrapped are 0.6mm thick and flat and sharp 0.8mm thick.

What are the 3D letter mounting variants?

The 3D letters can be mounted to the wall in 5 ways: directly to the wall, on the aluminum frame, on a plate of Dibond mounted on an aluminum frame, on a plate of Dibondu mounted directly to the wall, or on a box made of Dibondu. The solution that should be applied depends on the place of exposure, the size of the total sign with 3D litres and whether the letters are to be equipped with a backlight option.

3D illuminated letters are usually mounted directly to the wall or on the aluminum frame. In the first case, it is necessary to output at the place of assembly of each of the letters of the cable, enabling the object to be illuminated. In the case of presentations on the aluminum frame, the wires are hidden in the system and only one point of the cable connection is required. Power supplies are installed in the case of letters on the boxes from Dibondu, we can also attach them at the request of the customer, in the case of other mounting variants. Boxes and plates made of Dibondu are made of standard board, with standard DIBOND discs available. It is possible to print these elements in any color or theme. Before deciding how our 3D letters should be mounted, you should carefully read the place of exposure. It is necessary to pay attention to what the wall is made of, whether it is possible to interfere with it, whether it is possible to exit the connection to the backlight and whether additional permits are not required.
