Blockout

The Blockout banner is designed to present two different graphics on each side. The material has a special spacer placed inside, which prevents the graphics from being pierced to the other side, so that they are always readable. In our offer we have a blockout banner in two weights 650 g/m2 and 440 g/m2.

Types of Blockout Banner

The standard blockout banner has a higher weight (650 g) from the frontlit banner, so its structure is more durable and more durable. The material can be treated with a temperature of -25oC to +70oC. Blockout with this weight is used in the option with double-sided print on street poles, suspended advertisements in shopping centers, shop windows, display walls or as a print on the walls of exhibition stands.

Material with a lower weight – 440 g has the same properties, but it is not as resistant to tear. It is used, among others, in roll-up systems, display walls. It is used wherever a more important feature is the lack of light transmission than the resistance to tearing and durability.

Versatile possibility of using the Blockout banner

Blockout banner can be called a banner for special tasks. It is resistant to water and wind, it can be printed one- or double-sided. Its structure – consisting of an additional layer – is much more durable compared to other materials in this category.

When executing orders – where it is necessary to cut out very complex shapes – this banner does not have to have additional welds around, in order to place assembly meshes. The three-layer structure is much more resistant to tearing, compared to the frontlit banner, however, it should be remembered that the weld always gives greater strength of the edge torn during use.
