Cardboard characters are made according to an individual order on the basis of the prepared outline/dimension by the customer – from EB corrugated cardboard, about 5 mm thick. The material is a one-sided coated raw material that has a 5-layer structure. The carton before printing is both white. We apply the graphent on the front of the cardboard, because the back contains a stabilizing support without printing.
Individual cardboard characters
Human stands are subject to complete personalization. We make any shape of the board and/or characters. The print is applied using digital UV technology, thanks to which the corrugated board is covered with clear colors from the CMYK palette. Graphics and perfectly decorated details are not the only merits of our printing. Another advantage is the semi-mat structure, thanks to which lamination and foiling are completely unnecessary.
Small and large cardboard characters
Cardboard characters can have any appearance and size, while maintaining the maximum dimension. The exposure size affects the price. The smaller format is created to the outer size of 96.50 cm x 150 cm (width x height), and larger to 147 cm x 198 cm. There is also the possibility of preparing a larger form than the maximum dimension through an individual inquiry and valuation. In all cases, human stands are characterized by lightness and extremely fast folding. At the same time, the high stiffness of the EB cardboard affects the stability of the character. Both exhibitions can include graphics, text, logo. On request, the cardboard characters are also enriched with a pocket for leaflets, which increases the strength of the message.
Cardboard characters as an advertising agent
Personalized advertising will be perfect for fairs, events, social events, holidays or sporting events. Human standy is an ideal way to engage in a message, e.g. in a store, hotel, corporate point, restaurant, pharmacy, cinema, theater. Exposures may contain the image of a representative of a given industry, a known media personality or an authority in a selected field.
