Aluramy ZEN Simple with Advertising and Decorative Graphics

Aluramy ZEN Simple is a popular fabric tensioning system with printed advertising or decorative graphics. They work wherever we want to present any graphic message in an aesthetic form. The system consisting of aluminum profiles and print covered with silicone tape allows for excellent printing voltage on the frame. After folding the frame together with the graphics, you can hang on the wall like a standard picture. As a result, the frame profile is visible mainly from the side, while in the front it is only a barely noticeable edge around the printed material.

What are our ZEN aluramys?

Popular aluras, i.e. aluminum frames in the case of the ZEN Simple version, consist primarily of aluminum profiles with a depth of 26 mm and from printing on the textile material with silicone tape. The material with the print is fully interchangeable without the need to disassemble the frame. ZEN aluminium profiles are anodized and are distinguished by a special gap used to attach the material. The graphics are usually printed on the material polyester 210 g/m2, but it is possible to choose another material at the customer’s request. The printed material is sewn with silicone tape with dimensions in a 14 x 3 mm cross-section, which is used to attach the print to the frame.

How is ZEN Simple aluramy mounted?

Installation of aluminum frames is very simple contrary to appearances. The number of steps to take depends in principle on the size of the frame. By ordering aluras, you get from us a high-quality print on the fabric, trimmed with silicone tape, properly cut aluminum profiles and with smaller frames only angles to connect the sides. However, ZEN Simple Aluramys can be of any size and due to restrictions in the available profile lengths, as well as in their transport, can be delivered in parts. Therefore, depending on the size of the frame, together with profiles and angles, we provide connectors for profiles and strengthening profiles to make the frame stable and the material is perfectly tight.

The ZEN Simple frame assembly process involves connecting the profiles with connectors and angles using an Allen key. It is worth remembering that if you have stabilizing profiles in the set, they should be mounted before connecting the entire frame. On the assembled frame, we assume graphics by inserting the edge of the material, trim with silicone tape, into a special gap located in the profiles from which the frame is built and ready. The frame with applied graphics can be hung anywhere on the wall or even hung to the ceiling.
