Aluminium frame ZEN unlit Double

ZEN Double aluminum frames are structures built on the basis of an aluminum profile equipped with special gaps enabling the installation of the material. They present the graphics printed on the fabric on both sides of the frame, which are perfectly tight. They complement the interior design of commercial, service and office rooms, while providing advertising space at the same time. Free-standing frames built on aluminium profile 60 mm

For the construction of the ZEN Double we use a high-quality anodized aluminum profile with a depth of 60 mm. This type of aluminium profile ensures their stability, and with the use of additional feet, it allows you to place the frame on any flat surface. It can be successfully used as an advertising wall or even a partition wall when it is separated. There is also an option to suspend such a frame to the ceiling.

Double-sided aluminum profile for ZEN Double

The aluminium profile used for the construction of the ZEN Double frame allows you to plug the fabric with printed graphics on both sides of the frame. This means that you can print two any graphics and expose them at the same time using one double-sided frame. This is possible thanks to special gaps made on both sides of the profile, the material is easily slipped into it with a 14 x 3 mm silicone tape. You can order from us both small frames consisting of several elements or much larger ones, for which you will need to combine profiles. Both will look aesthetically, because combining profiles is completely invisible after assembling the whole and starting the graphics.

Reusable frame

The aluminum profile we use allows us to make frames of any size that are reusable with any graphics. What does that actually mean? Specifically, the material with graphics can be repeatedly replaced without the need to dismantle the frame. You can have one frame and present different graphics from time to time depending on your needs, season, promotion, changing interior design or stall, etc. Due to the ease of installation and changes in graphics, aluminum frames work, among others, on temporary exhibitions, e.g. during fairs, conferences and other industry events. They are also an elegant, permanent element of interior design.

Installation of the frame based on aluminum profile 60 mm

The ZEN Double system consists primarily of cut aluminum profiles, angle bars and two graphics printed on the textile material. Depending on whether you want to put the ordered frame on a flat ground, or to hang to the ceiling, there can be special feet or hooks. In the case of larger frames (width or height above 2 m), the sides are supplied in parts with profiles connectors and additionally include stabilizing profiles.

Mounting the ZEN Double frame is very easy and does not require special tools, but only the Allen key that we attach to the set. In the first place, the profiles (both side, as well as the stabilizing aluminum profile) are mounted using the attached connectors, and then the sides connect together using angles and the Allen key. Having a combined frame designed to be placed, it is worth mounting the feet that provide greater stability of the frame – just screw them. Only at the very end, graphics from both sides are assumed. The material with printed graphics is sewn with silicone tape so that its edges can be easily inserted into the gaps in the profiles. It is in this way that the graphics are inserted into the frame, you can later easily remove them and put in new ones, without dismantling the entire structure.
