In fact, we are talking about a framework made of aluminum profiles, in which you can present graphics printed on the fabric. The whole secret is in the way the material is placed in the frame in such a way that it is perfectly tense and looks aesthetic. ZEN Simple Bold aluminum frames are such a system, we can make them in any size and with any graphics. Prints for aluminum frames are usually made on the material polyester 210 g/m ²2.

The ZEN Simple Bold frames are made based on anodized aluminum profiles with a depth of 34 mm. They allow you to easily assemble the frame and hang it on the wall or, for example, to hp to the ceiling. Aluminum profiles allow us to make frames in any dimensions, but sometimes due to the expected amount it is impossible to get the sides of the frame in one piece. In this situation, connectors are used for mounting the frame, which are finally, after being placed in the graphic frame, are invisible. The aluminum profiles used for the frame are characterized by a special gap along the profile, in which the edges of the printed material easily slide.

Installation of ZEN frame and placement of material with graphics

Installation of the ZEN Simple Bold frame is very easy and one person will be able to do it without any problems. By ordering an aluminum frame to size with your graphics, you get from us primarily cut aluminum profiles, angles and graphics printed on the fabric, trimmed silicone tape. Depending on the size of the ordered ZEN frame, the set may also be accompanied by profiles and stabilizing profiles (at a length or a width of more than 2 m). First of all, all the elements of the frame are combined with each other using the Allen key, then the material with graphics is put on, and at the end it hangs on the wall. Our system, built with aluminum profiles, is reusable and allows easy placement and replacement of material with graphics while maintaining the perfect voltage of material on the frame. The edges of the fabric with graphics are covered with a 14 x 3 mm silicone tape, which allows them to be moved into a special gap made along the profiles from which the frame is built.
